FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
HONORABLE BILL PARKER, UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY JUDGE
Upon trial of the complaint filed by the Plaintiffs, Mack and Alice Wright (the “Plaintiffs”) seeking a determination of whether a debt owed to them by the Debt- or-Defendant, Raymond S. Minardi (“Mi-nardi”), is dischargeable, the Court issues the following findings of fact and conclusions of law. The Plaintiffs contend that the debt is nondischargeable under the alternative grounds set forth in 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A), (a)(4), and (a)(19).
