By this appeal, defendant seeks the reversal of a judgment of the circuit court of Cook county against him and in favor of plaintiff for the sum of $4,000 and costs of suit. The action is brought by plaintiff as administrator-of the estate of Louise A. Bouse, deceased, and is based upon the charge that decedent’s death was caused by the negligence of defendant in the operation of an automobile. Plain iff was the husband of decedent.
