DAWKINS, District Judge.

In this case, identical provisions of the Act No. 6 of the Louisiana Legislature for the year 1932 are attacked as unconstitutional for the same reasons urged in the case of Union Sulphur Company v. Reid, Sheriff and Tax Collector et al. (D.C.) 17 F.Supp. 27, No. 618 in equity, this *35day decided, and on the additional ground that they impose an undue burden upon interstate commerce.
