This was a bill in chancery, originally filed by Thomas Brennan, as conservator of Patrick Egan, against Elizabeth Long, and her husband, Francis Long, to set aside a deed made by Patrick Egan, bearing date November 23, 1875, conveying to Elizabeth Long, his sister, certain real estate in the city of Chicago, for the consideration, as recited in the deed, of one dollar and the love and affection which the grantor bore to the grantee.
