This case comes to us upon a question certified for our decision by the Court of Civil Appeals for the Second Supreme Judicial District.

Francis Granger, the appellee, brought suit against the appellant, the Weatherford, Mineral Wells Northwestern Railway Company, upon an account for services rendered.
