William E. Walsh, Jr. was admitted to practice in the State of New York on November 4, 1940 in the First Department.

An information was filed against respondent in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on February 6, 1975, charging him with five counts of willfully and knowingly failing to file Federal income tax returns for the calendar years 1968 through 1972, inclusively.
