The institution of this action was for the purpose of having two certain trusts determined.
On November 23, 1927, Homer T. Fowler, of Everett, Washington, husband of Fanny E. Fowler, and his six children, with their mother, were owners of all of the capital stock of the Alger Fowler Company, a corporation. On that date, the father, Homer T. Fowler, proceeded to make disposition of his estate and for the support of his wife in the event of his death.
