On the 1st day of January, 1894, Long Manufacturing Company deeded to Nettie Bean, who afterwards married John F. Duggan, one acre of land out of the James Drake survey in the city of Beaumont, Jefferson county. Tex. Afterwards, she had a surveyor named Daniells to take off of the south side of this acre a strip 14 feet wide, and to divide the balance into three equal portions, as follows: Across the north side of the acre a strip fronting on the east side of the acre 64.9 feet and extending across the full width of the acre 208.8 feet.
