THOMAS, Justice.

The problem posed in this case is whether the parties to an installment land contract intended to enter into a bilateral or a unilateral agreement. The trial court examined the instrument, found it to be unambiguous, and concluded that it reflected an offer that could be accepted only by making the payments required by the instrument. The buyer, Charles P.
