Attorney Cameron Bunting Parker appeals the trial court’s judgment on an accounting with her former law partners, which included a contingent fee she received from a case that originated with Parker’s former law partnership but was settled after she left that partnership. Parker contends that the trial court erred in concluding that the case remained an asset of her former law firm.
