COVINGTON, Judge.
The trial judge ordered appellant, International Materials Corporation (IMC), to pay attorneys’ fees to the respondents, Richard Wolff, Gus Pulos, and Edward Murphy, Jr., (St. Louis attorneys) all of whom once represented IMC and a related company, M & D Enterprises, Inc., (M & D). The Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District, reversed the decision of the trial court, finding that because the St. Louis attorneys, being without sufficient resources to handle the case, were required to withdraw from representation of their *891client by the disciplinary rules that then…
