This is an appeal from the judgment of thA' district court of Wagoner county, Okla., in a cause wherein R. L. Welchel and Ida M. Welchel sued Frank Gilbert upon an alleged promise of the said Frank Gilbert to pay plaintiffs $25 per month for board, care and attention furnished by said plaintiffs to one Nancy Gilbert, who was the mother of the said defendant, Frank Gilbert, and also the mother of one of the plaintiffs, Ida M.
