This is an action of contract in which the plaintiff seeks to recover from the defendant under the provisions of a group accident and health insurance policy issued to the plaintiff’s employer, Plymouth Rubber Company, Inc., on September 7, 1976, insuring employees against various losses, including the loss of a hand.
