— Reversing.

Appellant, a corporation, and appellees, a partner ship, are competitors engaged in the operation of their respective beauty shops located in the Starks building in Louisville, Ky. We will refer to appellant as plaintiff and to' appellees as defendants according to their respective positions in the lower court.
