EYLER, Judge.

Appellant, Brian Regan, D.C. (Dr. Regan) was charged with violations of the Maryland Chiropractic Act, Md.Code Ann., Health Occ. (HO), §§ 3-101 to 3-602 (1994), by appellee, the Board of Chiropractic Examiners (the Board). After an evi-dentiary hearing, the Board found violations and imposed sanctions. On judicial review, the Circuit Court for Baltimore City affirmed. Dr. Regan contends that (1) he was denied due process and (2) the Board acted beyond the scope of its powers. We find no error and affirm the judgment of the circuit court, except as to the sanctions imposed. With…
