Kyle Michael Brewer, a federal prisoner, appeals the district court’s entry, following our prior remand, of an amended anti-filing injunction upon denying his fourth Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b) motion in his 28 U.S.C. § 2255 proceedings.
