Plaintiff and appellant, driver of a Ford coupé, brought this action against defendants and respondents Steel, the driver, and Hoke, the owner, of a Ford dump truck, for damages growing out of a collision in which the two vehicles were involved. Defendants deny negligence and set up a further defense of contributory negligence of plaintiff.
