This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been caused by a car of the defendant, a street-railroad company. The verdict and judgment were for the plaintiff in the sum of one thousand dollars, and defendant appeals.
It is not contended by appellant that the court below committed any error 'of law in ruling upon the admissibility of evidence or in instructing the jury.
