Error to the Circuit Court of Lawrence county. Hon. Jno. E. McNair, judge. On the 20th of March, 1867, defendants in error sued out an attachment against W. P. Baggett. The attachment, the day of its issuance, was levied by the sheriff of Lawrence county on certain real estate of Baggett,'and also on a stock of goods, which were valued by tbe sheriffs at $11,000.
