FRANK, Circuit Judge.

By a vesting order dated January 7, 1943, the Alien Property Custodian seized and transferred into his name all the shares of stock of Graef & Schmidt, Inc., a New York corporation, then standing in the names of appellees, the trustees of the estate of Hermann Kind, deceased. The Attorney General, the appellant, as successor to the Alien Property Custodian, by a vesting order dated September 14, 1945, seized all obligations owing to the estate from Henckels, K.
