POLITZ, Circuit Judge:

The antitrust complaint of The Sports Center, Inc., alleges that Riddell, Inc., Judge Little Company, and Hale and Jones, Inc., conspired to damage its business, in violation of section one of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § l. 1 At close of plaintiff’s evidence, the court directed a verdict for Judge Little Company, and Hale and Jones, Inc. At conclusion of the case, the jury returned a verdict in favor of Riddell.
