MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
MAGNUSON, Chief Judge.
This matter is before the Court' upon Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment. For the following reasons, the Court grants Defendants’ motion.
PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Coffey filed the present lawsuit against Defendants after the EEOC dismissed two of Plaintiffs charges in which she alleged discrimination by Hennepin County.
