Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of the offenses of armed robbery (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 38, par. 18—2), burglary (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 38, par. 19—1) and unlawful restraint (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 38, par. 10—3) and sentenced to four to 12 years in the penitentiary solely on the armed robbery conviction.
