Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Warren County (Breen, J.), entered December 19, 2005, which, inter alia, granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 10, to adjudicate respondent’s child to be neglected.

Respondent moved with her child (born in 1994) from Maine to Warren County in April 2005.
