Appeals from orders of the Family Court of Chemung County (Brockway, J.), entered April 4, 2005 and July 6, 2005, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 10, to adjudicate respondent’s children to be neglected, and placed respondent under the supervision of petitioner for a period of one year.
