Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Tompkins County (Rowley, J.), entered November 23, 2005, which, among other things, granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 10, to adjudicate the subject children to be abused and/or neglected.

Respondent is the father of Jewle I. (born in 1989) and Naomi I. (born in 1990), both of whom lived with him. A friend of Jewle, Yasmine J.
