CIRILLO, President Judge Emeritus:

¶ 1 Derrick Guillespie appeals from his judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County. We reverse and remand.

¶ 2 Guillespie was arrested and convicted of possession with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana. The charges stemmed from the following sequence of events: On November 8, 1997 at approximately 8:15 p.m., -the Harrisburg Police Bureau received a report that a robbery had just occurred at 13 th and Chestnut Streets.
