POPOVICH, Judge:

We are asked to review the orders of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County denying a petition to intervene and petition to dissolve an attachment by Elizabeth Q. Olson and Robert P. Olson, respectively. We reverse in part.

*137The record discloses that on May 24, 1991, the plaintiff, Constitution Bank, filed a complaint and confessed judgment against the defendant, Robert P. Olson, on his guarantee of a loan to Capital Management L.P. in the amount of $251,564.37.
