MoCALEB, Justice.

These consolidated actions involved ownership of a 56 acre tract in the Delhi Oil Field. Two of the suits are concursus proceedings instituted by the Sun Oil Company, in which all interested claimants to the proceeds of oil produced from two parcels composing the tract are cited to assert their claims. The other is a proceeding by Molean Russell Peet and James Monroe Russell and their assignee, D’Arnold Davis, asserting an undivided ownership in the successions of their great-grandparents, Henry and Susan Eaton, accepting these successions and praying to be sent into…
