The plaintiff whose name appears in the title and his sister Mrs. (widow) Meunier, prosecuting this petitory action as two of the children and heirs of Louis Harang, obtained judgment decreeing them to be the owners each of an undivided 228»/2B92o interest in an undivided one-third of a tract of land containing 2,314 acres, which, for the purposes of this opinion, is sufficiently designated by the shaded area upon the subjoined “sketch.” The claim, as set up in the petition, includes also the tract bounded by the 80 and 40 arpent lines, the Bayou Coquille,…
