MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

PLATT, Chief Judge.

Defendant New York State Teachers Retirement System (“NYSTRS”) moves to dis miss the complaint on the grounds that plaintiffs’ Title VII class action claim is barred by the statute of limitations and that the retirement system is a legitimate, gender neutral plan. For the reasons set forth below, this Court finds that plaintiffs’ claim is time-barred and hereby dismisses the complaint without prejudice.
