This is an action to quiet title. The complaint is in the ordinary short form used in such cases and alleges that plaintiff is, and for a long time had been, the owner of the north half of section 4, township 34 north, range 1 west, in Toole county, “together with an undivided ninety-three one-hundredths interest in and to all of the oil, gas and other minerals in or under” the same; that the defendants claim an estate or in terest therein adverse to plaintiff, which claim is without any right whatever, and prays that the defendants be required to set forth the nature of their claim; that it…
