Defendants, Bernella Kindzred (Kindzred), the Illinois Department of Human Rights and Joyce E. Tucker (Department), appeal the denial of their motion to dismiss plaintiff On-Line Financial Services, Inc.’s (On-Line’s) declaratory judgment action and the grant of summary judgment in On-Line’s favor.
