Appellant was convicted of three offenses: (1) having in his possession and under his control a still for the unlawful manufacture of intoxicating liquor, (2) the manufacture of intoxicating liquor, and (3) possession of intoxicating liquor. The only error assigned is the trial court’s action in overruling his motion for new trial, and the only grounds therefor presented in his brief are that the verdict of the jury is not sustained by sufficient evidence and is contrary to law.
A consideration of either of these grounds for new trial would require a review of the evidence heard on the trial.…
