The appellant is a corporation, incorporated under the laws of the State of Maryland and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, owning a line of railroad within said States and operating other lines in said States and in the- State of New York. Included within the lines owned and operated by it is the road from Baltimore, Maryland, to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, known as the Baltimore Division.
