—Appeal by the People from so much of an order of the County Court, Suffolk County (Jones, J.), dated October 27, 1993, as granted that branch of the defendant’s motion which was to dismiss count one of Suffolk County Indictment No. 671A/93 charging criminally negligent homicide.
