T1 Jarboe Sales Company seeks this Court's review of a decision by a three-judge panel of the workers' compensation court affirming the trial court's award of temporary total disability benefits to Claimant, Jerry Rowland. The issue on review is whether the panel erred in finding Claimant an employee of Jarboe covered by the Workers' Compensation Act (hereinafter, the "Act"). We conclude that it did not err and sustain its order.
