Lindahl v. L. O. Boggs Co.

This is a proceeding under the Workmen’s Compensation Act by Kudolph Lindahl, claimant, against the L. 0. Boggs Company and its insurance carrier, the Employers Mutual Casualty Company, wherein claimant seeks disability benefits. The deputy industrial commissioner denied his claim and upon review the industrial commissioner confirmed the finding of the deputy.
