2Per curiam

The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) and Attorney John R. Dade have filed a stipulation pursuant to Supreme Court Rule (SCR) 22.12 jointly recommending that Attorney Dade should be publicly reprimanded for professional misconduct. Upon careful review of the matter, we approve the stipulation and publicly reprimand Attorney Dade. We impose no costs.
