The appellant, Zackery Wedgeworth, received a sentence of life imprisonment without parole for intentional murder, made capital because it was committed during a robbery in the first degree, in violation of § 13A-5-40(a)(2), Code of Alabama 1975, and during a kidnapping in the first degree, in violation of §13A-5-40(a)(1), Code of Alabama 1975.
