McLAUGHLIN, Circuit Judge.

On motion, the Court below dismissed plaintiff’s action as against appellees on the ground of no jurisdiction.

In order to show the nature of appellant’s claims against the various defendants, we outline his amended complaint in detail. It alleges that Federal jurisdiction arises because of “diversity of citizenship and patents”. Plaintiff-appellant is a. citizen of New York.
