TUTTLE, District Judge.

This cause has been duly removed from the circuit court for the county of Wayne, Mich., one of the courts of record of that state, to this court, where it is pending on a motion by the defendant to quash the writ of garnishment issued by the state court under the statutes thereof, and to discharge the garnishee.
