This is an appeal from an order or decree of the court of probate for the district of Woodstock, made on the second day of July, 1859, approving and allowing the guardian account of Alba Hiscox with Dwight Hiscox his ward. The appeal was taken on the 12th of July, 1860, to the superior court to be held at Brooklyn on the second Tuesday of August following, several terms of the superior court having intervened between the passing of the decree and the taking of the appeal.
