The plaintiff, Omni-Wave Electronics Corporation (hereinafter “Omni-Wave”), has filed a motion to amend its complaint in four respects. (#32) The first of these proposed amendments seeks leave to add another defendant, Hyundai Electronics Industries Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, “HEI”).
