OPINION
SWEET, District Judge.
In this action, the plaintiffs Tara Rani-ere (“Raniere”), Nichol Bodden (“Bod-den”), and Mark Vosburgh (“Vosburgh”) (collectively, the “Plaintiffs”) have brought this action against Citigroup Inc., Citibank, N.A., and CitiMortgage Inc. (together, “Defendants” or “Citi”) to recover allegedly uncompensated overtime wages as well as liquidated damages. Plaintiffs also seek certification of a putative nationwide colleetive action under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. as well as a New York class action under the New York Labor Law…
