INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Randy Nunez filed this putative class action against Defendants Best Buy Co., Inc. and Best Buy Stores, L.P. (collectively, “Best Buy”) after Nunez purchased a microwave from a Best Buy store in San Diego, California. Nunez alleges that he purchased the microwave based on his belief that Best Buy had discounted its price.
