George v. Pfeil

This is a suit in assumpsit by G. J. George, trustee of the estate of Henry Bridgman, bankrupt, against Walter L. and George W. Pfeil, partners as Pfeil Brothers, to recover the amount due upon a promissory note bearing date March 1, 1895, for $1,403, payable one year thereafter with interest at 7 per cent per annum from date.
