Upon the trial of this case in the circuit court before the court without a jury, the finding and judgment were in favor of the present appellant, the defendant below. Upon appeal to the Appellate Court, that court reversed the judgment in favor of the appellant, and entered an original judgment in favor of the present appellees, who were the plaintiffs below.
