CHADICK, Chief Justice.
This is an appeal from a judgment in a divorce suit filed by Mrs. Coleen Dorfman against her husband, Louis Dorfman. Judgment in the case granted Mrs. Dorf-man a divorce and custody of the couple’s children and ordered a division of the estate of the parties.
The trial judge set aside to the wife as her separate property realty of the value of $306,000.00, and to the husband as his separate property inherited minerals and some other properties of comparatively small value, the total value of the husband’s separate estate is not shown.
