The plaintiff, Mario D’Addario Buick, Inc. and/or Mario D’Addario Buick, Inc. d/b/a Mario D’Addario Buick-Nissan-GMC (“Plaintiff’) 1 brings this action against the defendant, VP Consolidated Holdings, Inc., n/k/a Vareo Pruden Buildings, Inc.
